Shipping & Returns
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed with your order number and order details. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. We use UPS as a primary carrier for order deliveries.
You can find tracking information for any order you placed in the Order History tab under the My Account page.
You may also use the Shop App, available on Android and iOS to get real-time updates on your delivery.
SABON is able to process international forms of billing but is unable to ship internationally.

SABON does not allow shipping to freight-forwarding addresses and is not liable for any damages that can occur when shipped to such addresses, and will not be able to accept claims or return requests.
At this time shipping is only available within the United States and Puerto Rico (excluding: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the Virgin Islands).

At SABON, we offer several shipping options for your convenience.
Please note that shipping time frame will only impact your order once in transit and we ask that you allow extra time for your order to process. Additional fees paid for UPS 2-DAY Shipping or UPS Next Day Air does not speed up processing time frame.
Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays; please allow extra time for your order to process around these times.

Yes! We do accept Apple Pay and Google Pay! When you are ready to place your order, head over to the checkout from an Apple Pay / Google Pay -capable device to have the option as a payment method.
