When is Customer Service available?

SABON Customer Service is available Monday through Friday between 9AM to 5PM EST. Please note that hours may vary during holiday season.

I live outside of the United States, may I place an order?

SABON is able to process international forms of billing, but unable to ship internationally.

At this time shipping is only available within the United States and Puerto Rico (excluding: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and the Virgin Islands).

How do I track my order?

UPS is the primary shipping carrier used by SABON. UPS is unfortunately unable to deliver SABON packages to any P.O. boxes.

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details of your shipment.

How do I exchange or return an item?

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

SABON requests the right to ask for proof of damage for any claim.

Does SABON offer gift-wrapping services for online purchases?

There are no additional gift wrapping services offered for online purchases, any product with native packaging will not receive home-wrapping. (i:e: facial moisturizer, face polisher, body scrub, etc.)

Do I have to return the free gift I received with my order if I return the qualifying purchase item or am below the spending threshold?

GWP must be returned with your order if threshold is not met, otherwise the value of the GWP will be deducted from your refund.

Does Sabon have brick and mortar locations?

How to use the Shower Oil?

Pour a quarter size of the Shower Oil on a washcloth, loofah, or directly in your hand and rub on wet skin to make it lather. Avoid getting the Shower Oil in your eyes. For optimum results and relaxation, we recommend using the Shower Oil in combination with one of our body scrubs and body lotions.

How to use the Body Scrub?

Apply a scoop full of the Body Scrub on wet skin in a circular motion to remove dead skin cells, moving towards the heart center. For optimum results and relaxation, we recommend using the Body Scrub 3 times a week in combination with one of our shower oisl and body lotions.

How to use the 2 in 1 Face Polisher?

Apply a penny size of the 2 in 1 Face Polisher on wet skin in a circular motion to remove dead skin cells. The gentle formula is safe for daily use, providing exfoliation without stripping the skin.

Is the Repair Body Cream suitable for dry/oily/sensitive skin?

The formula for the Repair Body Cream makes this product suitable for all skins. However, we recommend this product to individuals with dry skin. The lightweight vegan formula is infused with the perfect balance of skin superfood shea butter and botanicals to make it the best body cream for dry skin.

How to best apply the Repair Body Cream?

We recommend applying the Repair Body Cream after a shower or bath, on clean exfoliated skin.

Is the 3 in 1 Dead Sea Mud Mask & Scrub suitable for dry/oily/sensitive skin?

The 3 in 1 Mud Mask & Scrub is the ultimate skincare treatment for your face. Although designed to suit all skin types, the formula contains Dead Sea mud to deeply absorb excess oil to mattify the skin, Dead Sea algae frees the skin of its toxins and Dead Sea water helps to replenish the skin with precious minerals to maintain a healthy and radiant glow.

How to apply the 3 in 1 Dead Sea Mud Mask & Scrub?

As a mask, apply a good amount on a damp skin in circular motion to scrub dead skin cells, and leave until it dries. Thoroughly wash off your face. As a scrub, apply a good amount on wet skin in circular motion to scrub dead skin cells and rinse off.

Are samples of SABON products available?

When available we include samples of our products to customers in-store and with online orders.

Is the Gentleman Patchouli Citrus scent only for men?

No, our Gentleman scent is a scent that was created for all and is actually a very popular unisex scent. The combination of Patchouli and Citrus make this fragrance an all-time favorite for many of our customers.

Do SABON products contain (ingredient/preservative/allergen)?

No, we take pride in the quality of the ingredients we use in our formulas.

Are Sabon products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All SABON products are completely Vegan and Cruelty-Free.

Does Sabon use animal products / animal testing during product formulation?

No! SABON is committed to create products from natural ingredients from our Planet, without any kind of cruelty or animal testing.

Some do and will be marked as such.
